2015 was a very significant year for me in terms of stepping out to become full time freelance. There have been a lot of late nights and early starts, and lots of caffeine has been consumed - but thankfully the hard work is paying off and I feel incredibly thankful that I've kept busy with lots of exciting projects.
I have worked on a wide range of projects this year, from an illustrated leaflet for Chatsworth House, to a bespoke proposal gift for a client popping the question (she said yes, phew!) - and that’s what I love about what I do, that every commission has to be treated entirely differently. I love coming up with ideas that are tailored to each client, giving them a finished design that is entirely unique. Above is an overview of some of the work I did in 2015, though if you'd like to see more projects you can have a look in my archives.
So, I’m not sure what this year holds but I have already got lots of exciting projects and ideas to work on, starting with lots more character work and food illustration. I also have lots of ideas for personal development work and blog posts so watch this space!
Thanks to all the clients I have worked with this year - I hope to work with you again in 2016, along with lots of new ones!
